Prompt #66 – Familiars

Typically, those that practiced magic would have one or multiple animal companions that aided in their practices, called familiars. They can take the form of a cat, a bird, and other small, woodland creatures. However, there was one young sorcerer that had a familiar whose form was not considered “normal.” It was not small nor was it a common animal, and was feared by many who meet it.
